Vindication

Today I went to blah blah blah blah. It doesn't matter what I did today because something happened that vindicates me.

A little back story before you watch the video: A few months ago I found out from my sister who, while visiting Cuba some years ago, was told by my grandmother that my great great grandparents where Chinese. Well, no one believed I could have Chinese ancestry. Today the tide has turned. One of my own people saw my heritage.

I was walking out of a museum and this young couple asked if I spoke English, they wanted to practice English so we struck up a conversation. After speaking of America and what it's like over there the girl said something that surprised me. Watch the video, the first few seconds were not taped but you can still get the gist of what she said.
