Oscar Contender

I was walking down the street this morning and saw a bus bench poster for a movie. I was studying the poster trying to figure out what the movie is about but it's undecipherable.

There's a nurse carrying a big wrench, some James Bond guy with a tux holding a hammer over his head and a drink on the other hand, some angry lady in rollers wagging a finger at who I assume is her angry husband. Then there there are two young kids acting hip and cool. I have no idea what the hell this movie is about. A medical spy hardware comedy with meddling kids I guess.
